Returns and Refund

 

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

Cosplay11 offers free returns on all orders within 30 days of date of package reception. To initiate return: 

  • Email: cosplay11com@outlook.com .
  • All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. (including all hang tags)
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for any package this is “returned to sender” or is otherwise undeliverable.
  • A 60% restocking fee will be deducted from any item that has been used/worn or otherwise unsellable.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing.

 

CANADIAN RETURNS

Cosplay11 will gladly accept returns from our Canadian customers within 60 days of package reception.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and agrees to use a shipping service that is trackable and insured. A refund for the cost of the item(s) being returned will be issued within 7 days of package reception. Shipping and customs charges will not be included in your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
